1997 BMW R1100GS Available June 20 Heidelberg Germany

I will have my 1997 BMW R1100GS for sale at Knopftours.com in Heidelberg Germany on or around June 19 this summer. Bike has had all maintenance done and is ready to go. Has BMW panniers but no top box. Currently bike has 58,857 miles and that is before riding to Heidelberg. UK registered and has current MOT certificate for this year. Been riding R1100's around EU/England/Scotland for last 5 years and they have been great. :funmeteryes:

The R1100's have been great travel bikes for me as they have not required more than basic maintenance for the last 5 years. This bike I went the next step and had planned to ride further and had the swing arm looked at and lubed. Along the way they found some worn parts and all have been replaced giving what should be a long life to this old girl. One thing this bike has done better than the newer bike is the manual choke has performed better than the electronic ones when changing all the altitudes I have ridden in.
