Bike Needed for 2-up Riding in Balkans for Aug/Sept 2018

My wife and I will be attending the 2018 Horizons Unlimited meeting in Montenegro. We are looking for a bike to rent for comfortable 2-up riding in late August 2018 through most of September. Thanks.
