Step back in time to the hippie era and visit Maleny, Montville and Eumundi markets.

Scenery - Conondale National Park, Noosa River, Lake Cootharaba, the beaches North of Noosa upto Fraser Island, Glass House Mountains.

Wannabe yuppie try Noosa and Mooloolaba for a double shot decaf no froth skinnychino at McDonalds.

Zoophile - Australia Zoo for the crocs and the Shark Swim at Mooloolaba Underwater World.

Surfing and water sports - from Caloundra to Fraser, but swim between the flags.

Great bike touring roads - anywhere in the Hinterland and national parks.

Weird - Big Pineapple now a listed National Treasure - god help us.

Even weirder - The singing grocer at Woodford, ask for Elvis Parsley - if I see him crossing the road..............

Leather clothes just for women (dont ask how I know this one) - Beerburrum, nice range of bike gear in pink and non bike gear in black.

Soul & food - Vipashna Centre at Pomona and the Gopels Restaurant at Eumundi.

Fish and chips at Savige's on Bribie Island.
