Frustrated..need dual purpose tyres for Ninja
 

I'm trying to get dual purpose tyres for my Ninja 650 2010. I've had them fitted in the past on my 2009 both here in NZ and also in the USA.

I got a run-around from Bits and Bikes in Bentleigh in Melb... quite frustrating to be told after four days and three chase up calls they can't help me and didn't have time to let me know! Next door to them is Brighton Kawasaki who don't respond to the online email nor do they answer their phone....

...what is it with these motorcycle businessess...:thumbdown:

Does anyone know where in the Melbourne around the Brighton-St Kilda-Sandringham area where I might get such tyres. They aren't necessarily available in EXACTLY the right size but the ones I've had are a near fit.

Standard tyres are
Front 120/70-17...............Rear 160/60-17
or 150/70-17 for rear dual purpose

Or if not Melbourne - Canberra is our next port of call for longer than one day...

Thanks. I was able to buy and get fitted in Canberra. Pirelli Scorpion .... Heading off towards the warmer climate tomorrow...
