LIFE IS GOOD!!!

Ready to Get this Ride Started

We left Colorado on the 21st, the trip to Texas went smooth. Nice weather, good roads and no mishaps. Corpus Christ was great!! $2.00/dozen oysters at Snoopy's on North Padre Island, fun beaches, good bands and wonderful people. We are in Houston today. Changed out the plugs on my bike and got an extra key made. Repacked for the third time.

Always Repacking

I definintely will not be styling it on this trip. Tomorrow Kim is traveling back to Colorado, Louie is going to visit friends in Wimberly, and I am going to make the trail ride on horseback from Corpus Christi to San Antonio to kick off the stock show. Hopefully will have a couple of pictures to upload next week. Have taken quite a few, but am still getting used to the Sony CD500 and am not sure about finalizing my disc.

'Sam Manicoms new book! is a gripping rollercoaster of a two-wheeled journey which takes you riding across some of the most stunning landscapes in the world. This enticing tale has more twists and turns than a Rocky Mountain Pass and more surprises than anyone would expect in a lifetime. There are canyons, cowboys, idyllic beaches, bears, mountains, Californian vineyards, gun-toting policemen with grudges, glaciers, exploding volcanoes, dodgy border crossings and some of the most stunning open roads that a traveller could ever wish to see.
