XTZ750 Super Tenere for sale in Kent.

Just browsing through GUMTREE Kent and came across this advert. :ban:

The only reason I thought I'd post it here is that these are getting pretty rare of late, not many original & unmessed ones left out there -

Yamaha XTZ 750 Super Tenere in Sittingbourne, Kent | Motorbikes & Scooters for Sale | Gumtree.com

I can't vouch for this buy as I have never seen it. 37,000 miles isn't high for one of these things. This one looks a bit unloved and in need of an oil change & some TLC. Nice colour...

I'd be inclined to make a cheeky offer, say £400 to start. For a real bargain keep it under £500.

Looks like a safe private buy but proceed with utmost caution. Gumtree has been known to contain the odd scam advert.

Gimtree is full to the brim with scams (be warned everyone) and the S10 would make good money down here, there's one for sale on ebay aussie for six or seven grand currently, future classics.

Agreed, these are already as rare as rocking horse sh1te. Probably a good investment if you have the time, inclination and money to restore it...:thumbup1:

Charlie in South Africa has this week just finished his Chesterfield rebuild, done an awesome job of it as well. :D

Is Black an OEM colour for one of these? In any case it looks like a re-spray (no badges) etc..

Might be wiser to wait for a standard original one to come up, one which has not been messed with too much and looks like it's been looked after. Probably not many like this left (plenty of dogs though).
