XT660R
Hi,
I'm new to the forum and have recently bought a new XT660R. I have done only 3,300 miles so far and the bike goes really well. It is comfortable and has excellent on road handling and is adequate on the rough stuff if you take it very easy. Minus points: The cosmetic finish is truly aweful, plastics come scratched and grazed as standard and the decals are already peeling (I don't use a jet wash BTW). I have, so far, only done a 1400 mile "getting to know it" trip to Scotland and back and it returned an amazing 74 mpg overall, including 500 miles of 70+mph Motorway work.
