XT600Z 3AJ Model... Spanner sizes...

I leave to go on the 10th March... I'm in the stage of packing and unpacking... I'm used to travelling light.. but all these tools are weighing me down.. I'm looking to loose as many of the spanners as I can... Can anyone tell me/does anyone know, a definite list of all the nut/bolt sizes on the Tenere? That way I can chuck those I dont need back in the tool box at home!!!

Hi, I took 8,10,12,13,14,17,19,21 and a big socket for the front sprocket (can't remember if it's 30,32 0r 36). I bought a set of short spanners, ring at one end and normal at the other. They are approximately half to a third the length of normal spanners but you can of course hook one inside the other if you need a longer spanner.
Other things I did where bought a nice multi screwdriver with all the heads I needed, bought a set of Motion-Pro aluminium tyre levers (you wouldn't believe how little they weigh and how strong they are). The levers also have spanners on one end for the wheel nuts and you can buy an attachment that makes it into a ratchet thats got no ratchet (no sure if I understand that either!). Also bought a tiny C spanner to fit on the "ratchet".

Levers- Motion Pro - T-6 Combo Lever

Adapter for levers- Motion Pro - 3/8" Drive Adapters For T-6 Combo Lever

Hope this helps.... Fish.
