XT600E Grease nipples question
 

I have greased the pivot points of the rear suspension on my xt600E, i could see two grease points and pumped grease in till it came out of the joints. The pivot point in the middle is just a bolt, so how is this lubricated?

And are there any more grease nipples on the XT please.

They have a small groove on the bolt & a hole to allow the grease to work its way around & lubricate the bushes which the bolt sits in.

The newer xt600's doesnt have a lot of greasenipples, so you need to take the linkage and swingarm apart, clean and regrease.

I retrofitted extra nipples on my '03 and have a totalt of 5 greaseniples for the swingarm and linkage. :thumbup1:
