bump.. not bumb :p
Have found all the info I needed. Bought the M6 countersunk screws (10.9 high tensile) The stock ones are 12mm.. I bought with 20mm (if they break somehow I can take them from the other side lol) Will buy the front rotor tomorrow... need to empty my "piggybank" lol Oh, found a buyer for my Jardine RT4 aluminum exhaust... It's a new exhaust so I'll ask somewhere between 120 and 150€.. He's coming here later tomorrow afternoon.. Maybe he'll even buy the other parts I also have :innocent: If I give a reasonable low price.. I just want to get what I paid for and the Customs taxes and maybe a little more... He has bought a 2001 Yamaha WR400 ;P Vando beer |
Oeh, I looked at an exhaust like that once, on ebay or something. So you never heard it? How do you like the quality, and does the mounts seem sturdy?
My Laser produro is at bit banged up, I kinda considered to seel it way cheap, and get a lighter exhasut like Jardine or leovince x3 or something. But it all costs money =) |
It don't have a mid pipe so yeah, I never heard it lol...
Still, I'm glad with the WR450 exhaust that I have and I've modded it to nicely Fit the one of the XT's mounting points plus a small ----> _/- shaped bracket to fit it to the rear of the frame and to the exhaust's other mounting point.. I'll take a couple of shots so you guys can see... the Jardine exhaust is this one: Uploaded with ImageShack.us It's completely new! just doesn't have the normal mounting accessories.. Right now I have to go to the bank as the 25€ I deposited to buy the waved rotor hasn't been put in my account yet :taz: Vando beer |
Hey guys!
Just made the purchase on the front waved disc brake rotor for my bike... 31.5€ shipped Pretty good! Hope it won't take too long to arrive.. Already bought the Hightensile 10.9 grade bolts to replace the current ones.. for under 5€ Vando beer |
Bikes at 160.000km, the discs are still mounted. So, seems like good quality.
