XT600 Wiring Loom URGENT!!!!!!!!!!
The saga continues!!
getting to the point I wish I had never seen the damn bike! Now I need a wiring loom......... the bike is a 1987 2KF XT600 The part number is 2KF-82590-00 WIRE HARNESS ASSEMBLY but the part has been DISCONTINUED by Yamaha..... (89 quid from Flitwick motorcycles so I was well happy..... then a phone call from them saying SORRY Yamaha no longer stock them) IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE THERE IS ONE ON THE SHELF AT A YAMAHA DEALERS anywhere in the world THEN PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU LET ME KNOW. I really don't want to start cutting and adding bits to a loom as I feel this makes for more trouble as there is more joints/connections to go wrong again at a later date. I WOULD PREFER NEW TO SECONDHAND AS I AM ELIMINATING PROBLEMS RATHER THAN BUYING NEW ONES AND THE LOOM IS 17 YRS OLD. THANKS Martyn Last edited by Martynbiker; 7 Nov 2007 at 17:03.
