XT600 2KF CDI unit in a XT600 43F?

Is it possible to use a 2KF CDI in a 43 F? I noticed that the 2KF CDI has three more cables out of the CDI. What are these thress cables for, can I bybass them and ignore them?

The rest of the CDI unit looks the same.
