I've heard that to lower my XT600E (2003) bike apart from lowering the front forks by an 1" I could also use a shocker from a XT350 instead - which is smaller.
(I've seen a reasonable 2nd hand one on ebay.)
The XT350 shocker measures 375 between eye centres.
Does anyone know the exact measurement for the XT600 shocker? (I wont take mine off until I know it can be swopped.)
OR does anyone know of another smaller make/model shocker that could be used?
