Having found that a big kink in the front wheel means you don't get an MOT, I have discovered a guy near salisbury who will rerim and spoke hubs. Brickwood rims. www.brickwood.co.uk. postal service as well and around about a 3 week turnaround. about £100 for a front wheel. Seemed pretty good to me.

Current problem with the electrics is that the battery is not charging. I've been through all the tests on the magneto and the coils and wiring seem fine. Is the only other possibility a knackered Reg\Rectifier. the bike is a 4PT.
