Hi all, looking for some advice...

My '02 xt600e is running a standard (21"?) front and a Hagon 18" rear wheel. Trouble is that the current tyres are very off road biased and poor on tarmac (michelin a10's I think). So do I....

Swap the tyres for something more road? If so can anyone recommend road tyres for good grip in damp/cold/slippy conditions?

Or

Get another set of wheels for the road (with appropriate tyres)? I'm thinking 17" at both ends? Where might I get some to fit (costs?). Will 600 or 660 supermoto wheels fit straight on?
