What bolts hold the rear carrier on a 3AJ?

Some little scrot nicked my tax disc off my 3AJ Tenere, took the tax disc and the tax disc holder and even the bolt. It was on one of the arms for the rear carrier. Question is what size is the bolt and length.....? It's the same bolt as in picture 2. Does anyone know where I can get a security headed bolt that will fit the same size and strength?
