TTR Generator output
Hi I want to see if it is possible to use a generator from a TTRE in a TTR
The TTR does not have a battery and the generator makes very little power, I have put a small battery on my TTR just to run a GPS and is fine. I would like to also run a heated jacket and think a bigger battery would be better and also the TTRE generator. Is this a stright swap The TTRE generator casing sticks out further but I think this is because of the gear for the electric start, I would put the TTRE gen in my TTR case. The TTRE uses a different CDI to the TTR will this be a problem Any other problems How much power does the TTRE gen make compared to the TTR. Any links to a German or Dutch site that had all the specs for the TTRs Thanks
