I have a TTR600 which is fitted with a CRD pipe not sure if it has a legal stamp
( I think it has xt600 stamped on the back of the pipe) but no trouble getting MOT. The pipe is a fair bit louder then standered but not to bad .
I read on another site where a guy had a TTR 600 which was slightly tuned by HM racing they cut open the standered pipe . Will post a link to the other site soon.
There is some info on the Yahoo TTR600 group you will have to sign up then just searh for exhaust

aftermarket exhausts

Hi Dandy,
I run a Staintune muffler on my xt600 with removeable baffle, sounds great and street legal here in Australia, take the baffle out and you would wake the dead.
Maybe try one of your importers to get hold of one (expect to pay big bucks)
They do them for your tt600.
cheers Skeeny.
