ps Any chance of a wiring diagram for the TTR? (don't get if you don't ask!!!)
hi dave, my bike also as road tyres(bt020)but on stock rims.these work great on road and on dry trial, much to my surprise.but i think ill get some knobblys on her first chance i get.i think they look better.also i think the knobbly tread may soak up some of the vibes.when i pull off it almost seems like there is some movement in the engine/drive system.ive checked everything inc.swingarm ,bearings, chainset and engine mounts.all ok.probably just being over critical.

Hello Leigh,
I think most people put the information into a webpage & then show a link to that website, but if you don't have one (like me!) then that is not on. How big is this document - I just wonder if it can get across the ether as an email attachment?

Hello Ade,
I think a few people are running XTs/TTs on road tyres on the original rims - bit of a pain to swop over I guess if you want to run with something more suited for the tracks/trails - changing tyres I mean (but you could get extra wheels). I got 2 sets of wheels with my bike from the previous owner, supermoto and the originals; haven't done any changing yet, but it doesn't seem too much bother and better than changing tyres on one set of wheels.

Regards,

Dave

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
