Tt600R aftermarket exhaust

Does anyone have experience with the choice of aftermarket exhausts for the TT600R(E)? (the only one I have seen on other bikes is made by Arrow).

Having read a note on a webpage a few days ago about how the Termognoli original fitment shakes itself to pieces that is what has now happened with mine - the tail bit, fixed on with just two pop rivets is now missing in some hedge or other. Come to think of it, does anyone know a supplier for that key bit of stainless steel (or some other work around to seal the end of the aluminium outer pipe)?.

I rode it today and the noise had everyone looking; not good to draw so much attention!! :nono:

Grateful for anyone else's experience with this!!

I would recommend the Arrow Paris Dakar in stainless steel. They last, not too loud and seem to make the bike breathe a bit better.

I have a CRD pipe on my TTR600 good build quality and not to loud.

Edit 2/1/2008
Well the baffle has fallen apart inside the silencer
Got a new baffle but the packing has been discontinued I used different packing and pipe is far to loud now.I will try some different packing see if I can get it a bit quieter

Thanks Leigh and Bolla,
I will take a look at both of those, perhaps at the BMF show next weekend!

let me know what you think still some more work to do yet on the rear wheel and toying with getting the swing arm anodized blue or black and linkage arms done in red MMMMM!
Usd forks installed, r model blue rear fender, aluminium gearchanger, r model ohlins rear shocker, Leo Vince x3 pipe bit louder than stock but more than half the weight of the standard restrictive termgnonoi rubbish.
2nd pic was taken when I was still in portugal.
Bike is a portuguese model tt600re now uk registered.
