Supermoto Wheels Question

Hi guys, will a 4.5" rim fit on the back of the XT, it could be a 4.25", and is running a 150 section rear tyre, will that squeeze in a 3tb?
The guy who is selling them also says they have some runout on both rims. I'm not 100% on the implications of "runout", anyone care to enlighten me? It's to do with the rim not being perfectly circular yeah?

Runout is when the wheel is out of true - either side-to-side or radially. Sideways runout makes the wheel wobble side-to-side; radial runout makes it hop up and down. The accepted tolerance is 2mm (according to the manual). Spin the wheel against a pointer to check. If the runout is bad, like 10mm, I doubt if you could just tune it out with a tweak of the spokes - you'd be looking at new rims and a rebuild, I think.

Cheers for the reply. I was only looking at the wheelset really for the rims so might just let them go. The seller says he hasn't had any problems with them in terms of ride but apparently he's only had them a while so I'm guessing hasn't had to change tyres and balance them yet (think they are second hand to him already).
