Speedo cable XT600E 2004
Hello,
Please can you advise how I get the top end of the speedo cable out so that I can replace it? Nothing in the manual that I can see and I don't want to start dismantling the clocks if I don't have to. I should say that I want to replace the whole cable and it's mainly my difficulty in accessing the outer cable screw thread at the top that is causing me angst. As ever, really appreciate your help. I'm sure it just unscrews out of the back of the clocks, no dismantling required.

Jup, simply unscrew it, no worries.

Yes it is that simple - just unscrew it. I replaced mine a month ago and it took less than 20 minutes.
