Simple innertube advice please

Xt600e 2001 with 90/90 21 spoked rims. Used 80% on tarmac.
What make and model of tube should I get, assuming that you will advise that a new tube is necessary with the new tyre I've just ordered (Bridgestone bt45 Battlax).

Thanks guys....not used to these tubed tyres!

I'm not a tube specialist but for 25000km I have run Bridgestone UHD (ultra heavy duty) tubes and only got one flat in rear (nail). The tubes are made in Japan and are rubber is very thick (like 4mm). Difficult to mount but once mounted seems to work well.

Thanks.

I thought that I read somewhere that the ultra heavy duty ones were not for road use. Is that something to do with the heat generated?

Ultra-seal or Puncture-seal are avalable here. I wonder how many riders recommend or advise against this stuff??c?

Whatever you do, look over the new tube carefully, last year I had one fitted and it must have been folded in its box too long, after 2k miles aI had a flat because the tube perforated a long a fold mark.
