rectifier questýon xtz660

ok so ým ýn turkey and im entering that area were its almost as bigger sin as adultery to ride with your headlýghts on during the day and ý know it will only get worse the further east i travel.
if i disconect the headlights will this cause the excess energy to be lost as heat through the rectifier, maybe putting it under extra stress...thanks boys, phil.

I would drive with the lights on for visibility. Some of the oncomming traffic will flash their lights, just give the a friendly wave.

Have a great travell

Yes, keep the lights on. Puts less stress on the rectifier.
