Anyone going over? Clubs or individuals? DL?

I was thinking of popping over via Genoa (to observe and do somre easy piste riding, not to compete!).

Are there going to be any other XTs there? Looks like my Africa trip may now be in Autumn due to the other guy - better for the weather anyway.

The Tunisia trip would be my shakedown run - the dates are 4-13 April. I was planning about a week??

Post replies if you'd be interested in going - we could either ride down to Genoa or get the train (with bikes) through France and just ride the Alps.

I was planning to camp, so it would be cheap!
A MINI XT ADVENTURE!

Just got a quick online quote from the SNCM website.

For 1 person + 1 normal motorcycle, the price is coming up at 376E!! This is with a cabin each way, leaving 5th April and returning 25th (3 weeks total).

This is onboard the new (1999?) boat, called Carthage. All immigration form-filling is done on the boat. *BUT* it is more expensive than I expected. Perhaps this is a holiday season?
