Sounds like you didn't get the owner's manual when you got the bike - its all there. Might be best to get one if you don't have it. On the oil-in-frame bikes, there are multiple drain locations.

NOPE, no manual, no nothing...........All i have is a spanner and a GERMAN guide from XT600.de Sooooooooooooooo, I don't want to fiddle to much, but I'll try anything!

Thanks

There's a drain bolt on the bottom of the gearbox (you can't miss it) and a drain bolt at the bottom of the in-frame tank (just below the exhaust manifild where it comes off the head).
Don't forget that the oil filter will also still have oil in it.
Once drained and the oil filter is repalced, make sure your two drain bolts are back in and fill her up through the in-frame tank.
There's a small bolt on top of the oil filter cover, which you will need to crack as you start the bike to bleed off the air in the oil filter cavity. Be ready to put it back in though, or you will have oil going everywhere!
Hope this helps, Dan.

Thanks Dan!!! Sounds easy Enough!!!!

Let's say I empty the bike, how much oil should i add to get it to the correct level?

I usually put 2.5 - 2.6 litres of oil in every change... Let the engine run for 5 to 10 minutes and add another 100 grams. You do not have to be that exact, but if your '95 is a kind of like my '94, it may need a 350-500 grams of addition in every like 1000-1500 kms.
