hi just been reading the posts on the forum a long way back and picked up on something that was said my bike xt 4pt 600e has two grease nipples on back end underneath oops ive just greased them does that mean i might have popped the seals in them or is that on the older bikes if they dont want you to grease them why put em there:( some grease did come out of the sides but i cant see anything else wot do you think please dont say ive knackered em

New grease in through the nipple, old grease out of the sides, clean up, job done.

As you say, they wouldn't put the nipples there if they didn't want you to grease them. Pity more manufacturers don't do the same.

cheers black dog zulu :clap:got a screen from bike shop other day lying around in back of shop no name on it fixes to handle bars mint for stopping the wind and rain bracket was missing got for 20 quid and made one to match other thanks for advice on my nipples:eek3: catch u again mecca steve
