hi guys
almost finished the supermoto conversion of my blue uk 2005 ttr600re..
ive fitted new yamaha red/white belgarda plastics..mint used red/white tank..and all new decals..new oem seat cover..
black excel rims,stainless spokes and gold talon hubs..
have a micron exhaust not fitted yet,am waiting on a carb kit so it will run properly with the exhaust..
also ftted the forks and ohlins rear shock from my belgarda into my 05 bike
i need a 320mm front disc to finish my bike.also a rear wavey disc..
come winter i will strip bike to frame..have that powder coated and all nuts,bolts,axles etc will be bright zinc plated...thinking of painting the motor satin black..

my 99 belgarda..i swapped over the sachs lower rear shock and shorter front forks from my re onto the belgada..makes it easier to get onto with the enduro wheels..

as i said its a 99 model..
its got 11 months uk mot...
recent new back tyre
lots of old mot certificates
but im having trouble starting it..
ive adjusted the valve clearances and the decompression cable to manual specs..
been looking at the electrics..when i kick it over all lights,horn etc seem to work..but had no spark
had an idea the neutral switch might be sticking pulled in clutch lever when kicking and i had a spark although it seems weak..
took out the neutral switch from side of engine and it was jammed..
have a new switch on order now.so hoping that might help..
if not could it be the source coil breaking down? any of you guys have any idea?

well anyway ive no use for the belgarda now as ive too many other bikes so its for sale..
i will take £875 for it as it is with new neutral switch..
