Michelin T63 vs. Conti TKC 80

Ok, I have done 7000 km on T63 tyres and now is time to replace tyres with new set. T63 are realy great choice, very stable on asphalt and great on macadam and rocks, I felt very safety while rode on them. But, several days ago I read a comparing test of enduro tyres, and TKC 80 won tightly over T63, all other competitors were much worse than wining double. Any suggestions from expirienced riders who tried both of its?

I've only used a TKC80 on the front and they impress me.They are as good as they look off road - they aren't a full knob so don't expect full mudplugger capability, but better than most so called adventure tyres. But they are better than they look on seal, truely impressive road performance for a tyre so good off road.My 21 TKC80 is completly off the side knobs into no mans land without moving in the slightest.

Hi - I am new to the conti twinduro's - only been on the bike for a few weeks but I am very impressed with them. Seem good on the road but I have not really pushed them too hard. They are certainly good enough for touring on sealed roads at speed.
Offroad they are good and feel secure on hard gravel tracks and work well in soft ground as long as there is a firm base under it.
As I say my experience of them is very limited but so far very pleased.

Im 20000km into Africa on TKC 80's and i rate them very highly. Had to replace rear recently because of side wall damage (I think this can happen to any tyre). Front is still going strong with plenty of tread left. Rear did 13000 and could have done another 3000. Tyres managed Lake Turkana and Sudan well.
So far only 1 puncture!! Ive not tried T63's, so i cant compare.
