looking for engine guards
Hi,
I'm interested in getting some engine guards for the xt600. I wonder if any of you know whether these exist and where I might be able to get them. In Mexico, Yamaha doesn't know anything. Thanks in advance, Francisco |

In Europe ...it would be relatively simple to find an aluminium engine guard from an old Teneré or XT600 43F (first series) that may be easily adapted.. if you have the tube engine guard on my old 2kF I took an Inox perforated sheet of 5/10 mm. thick , and "wrapped" it on the bottom of the guard , fixing it with screws and bolts ..it worked fine even with rocks ..
