Does anyone know of anyone in the UK who imports good xt600s from Italy, and who will sell to the public?
Thanks Dave

I bought one from a guy in Rugby his company is called UK Bikes. I got a good Tenere in need of a good service and tyres and an exhaust for £700. I found it on ebay

It needed registering which was very straight forward.Just get an MOT and complete a V55 and the V5 arrived in 5 days.

I will try and dig the number out. Your best bet is ebay IMHO.

Hi - you could try Freddie Trott (google 'F C Trott'). I bought a bike off him a couple of years ago - fair dealer.

Otherwise I have a 3AJ for sale, look at recent post under 'bikes for sale'.

I would be careful about buying a bike from FC Trott, he sold me a very well disguised dud. Cost me over a grand to get it sorted out and he refused to help at all.

Thanks for all your replies.
I am now sorted out with a very tidy late 1VJ.
The dealer has rebuilt the engine for me, and I pick it up on Saturday. So, expect rain this weekend!
Cheers Dave

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
