Help needed ! TT 600RE Rear Cush Drive Hub
 

Hi ,

The tabs on the rear of the sprocket carrier / cush drive off my TT 600 RE are damaged and I need to find a replacement - does anyone have one or know of a possible replacement from another model ( XT 600 ) ? The parts numbers are different between the XT and TT RE - I don't want to order a s/hand XT one on the off chance .

I have this one for sale, if it would fit your bike.
I don't have the rubber dampeners though.

Hi Zergman - I think that is the XT one - mine has 4 tabs in the back of the cush drive to retain a spacer - thanks for the offer and quick reply , Regards Glenn

Yep, this is the XT one. I'm not sure if it would fit so that's why I posted the pics bier

I know mate - found one on Italian E-Bay and am now trying to persuade the vendor to send to the Uk - Glenn:frown:

hi glenn would you be able to knock the bearing out and have blobs of weld welded in ? the tangs are just to keep the spacer from dropping out when taking the sprocket carrier off,the cost of a new bearing and a bit of welding should be under £20 steve

Got a mate of a mate to weld some tabs on for a fiver - will let you know how I get on - I'm waiting for the wheels to be rebuilt , did you get my PM ? All The Best and thanks again for the suggestions and offers , Glenn

Hi All ,
As previously mentioned got some tabs welded in reassembled the bearings , wheels rebuilt and all fitted back on the bike - 200 mls so far , no probs bier

Sorry Mark - Maybe when I change the tyres next ! basically just two " blobs " of weld - had to grind a bit off one , seems to be OK , Cheers Glenn
