Help, my TTR is dying!!!

When working hard my TT600R mod.2001 runs lean and dies, just as if it is running out of fuel. However, it is no problem starting the engine again.
On other places on HU this phenomenon has been described as a blocked "mesh filet" or "the little filter on top of the float needle seat".
Please, can someone give a more detailed description on what to do to fix this? Do I have to dismount the carburetor, or is it an easier way to solve this?

All replies will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Eriks, in Iran and not a carb expert
