Engine Kick-Back ?
Anyone had problems with an engine Kick-back? What was the reason? I learned here, there may be many different reasons for it. I guess an alternator or ignition module failure may be the easiest explanation.

Mine had done it in the past after someone had filed the pickup coil mounting points to advance/retard the timing.
It had broken the kickstart knuckle and smashed a casing due to really bad kickback.
Also having the decompression lever not adjusted properly can cause kickbacks.

Actually at, which moment during the compression - the valve is lifted?
