consumption of a 2KF in sand aerea?
anyone have experience to know how is the real consumtion of a 2KF in aerea like grand erg oriental..
i've to prepare capacity regarding that for 600 km without refuling! ------------------

Hello!
I do not know the Grand Erg Oriental, but recently crossed from Ghadames to Ghat in Libya, 600 km with stretches of sandy tracks and about 26 km of sanddune. While averaging on our Amsterdam - Cape Town trip 20 km on 1 liter (not driving faster than 90/95) here we did 1:15 on average. In the sandy Wadi beds and dunes this must have been much more as the greater part was rocks and fairly hard piste. This was 1x 55W and 1 x 3DS. Cheers! Auke
