clutch cover gasket
 

hi there i am replaceing the clutch cover gasket on my 1985 43f the new gasket has a line of sealer on the bottom half on the cover side. on plain gaskets i normally put grease on the engine side and non hardening sealer on the cover side to hold the gasket in place and to aid dismantling , what are you guys doing with these half factory sealed ones , are you puting them on strieght out of the packet ? ?c? zigzag

I just put a very thin layer of grease on both sides of the batching casings.
