Bushings for XT600E 2003 rear shock
 

Hi folks,

I'm looking to replace the bushings for my rear shock on my 2003 XT600E. I've been given a link to a place in holland which sells the parts but a) they aren't cheap (largely due to the exchange rate) and b) the shipping comes to over £20.

Does anyone know a company in the UK that can supply them, or even better, would sell a reasonably priced kit with all the bushings and washers etc?

I thought the factory bushes weren't too expensive? I had mine done a couple of years ago. Some of them were properly seized in though, I had to get someone to heat it up with a gas welder and press them out with his 5 ton press.

I've not been overjoyed by Carrick's spares service before, I order all mine from Fowlers in Bristol now. I haven't tried Carrick's service folk.

Roy, who used to work out of James Allen's yard did the bushes on mine but he's stopped doing it now. Two Wheels had refused to do the bushes because it was too hard! All I can suggest is that you phone around a few places and see who's interested in doing it. Sorry I can't be of more help.
