Brake Upgrade

I was wondering, is it possible to fit the disc brake from a 3aj to a 1vj ?

If you mean the rear brake,it would mean changing swingarm and rear wheel (swingarm goes straight in), and sorting out foot peddle & brake master cylinder. Not too difficult but drum brake is good enough as standard.
