David Lambeth in the UK also does a converted CRD one which i currently have and is great quality.

This crowd makes bits for off-road bikes.

Whipps Alloy Products

I bought one for my KTM400EXC and it fitted fine and is a quality item (joins are welded from both sides) Quick removal too.
