Acerbis fuel tank

Hi everyone,
I am looking for an Acerbis fuel tank for my 1990 XT600E.
Also, if there are any big trail bike people out there in the South Devon /Cornwall area why not have a get together?

Hi

I work in S.Devon, live in Cornwall and have an Acerbis'd tanked XT660E, so probably fit the bill!

On the tank front, I bought mine from David Lambeth but they are readily available - I think racespec do them for a touch over GBP200.

I'd be keen to meet up - the South Hams and Lostwithiel -> Tavistock lanes are my normal weekend trails (in the TRF) so if you fancy a trip, let me know.

Cheers

In theory I live in south Devon but east side and am not there very often, but I do have a 2000 XT600E with Acerbis Tank. (which I think are cheaper with Touratech.)

Currently attempting an overland to China via the Stans.

Maybe see you later in the year.

i'm quite desperate to get hold of the long range acerbis tank that you guys seem to have. i have tried to get hold of one for my xt600e but have had no luck.
i've tried the david lambeth route but could not get mail through to the address i had.
i've posted a request to touratech & waiting for a reply.
any chance of some help from that side of the world? (contact details, etc for the acerbis tank)
thanks a lot

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
