600e neutral light
Pulled the 03 xt600e out of hibernation last week. Got er going after a bit and knocked it into gear with the sidestand down. naturally she cut out. After a few problems getting it to start again (fitted a new battery), the neutral light is now on permanently. Ive taken the switch out and the plunger seems to be working freely. Could it be time to replace this anyway incase somethin inside is broken or could the problem be something else?
thanks |

I had the same problem once, after I ran out of fuel and got it started again.. But in a couple of hours it was working normally again. The problem went away by itself.

The clutch grib is close to the "overhaul"high beam light, you might just be hitting that one.
Wheres the switch for the neutral light? Mine is troubeling the other way, its off at allmost everytime, and comes on for a few seconds sometimes. So i cant start my bike with the sidestand down, couse the bike "think" its in gear. |
