2nd gear problem

I have a gearbox problem with my 2002 xt600, I have removed the engine and gearbox and also stripped down the engine, before I stripped the gearbox I was wondering if anyone has a manual with relavant information to do this, if so would it be possible to e-mail pages from the manual. As I've been told a manual from "yamaha" will not be available till after christmas if I order it now and I would like to repair it over christmas.

Thanks for any help.

If you're desperate, then why not buy a Haynes or Clymer manual (assuming they exist for that model?) rather than wait for the genuine Yamaha item, which tend to cost more anyway?

clymer do one for teneres, which is close enough for the xt600e, electrics being the major difference. haynes dont do one at all.
