RE; Tank range
hey! i own a 06' mt03 and get about 100-110 miles before the reserve light comes on which leaves you around 10-20 miles to find some petrol! Great bikes btw. Just wish it had a bit more power tho...

After many long chats with a Yam dealer who owned one of these he got a lot more power out of it with Akro cans, K&N and a power commander. There is also the "Kev mod" which works on some of the XT660 setups which is cheaper than a PC3. He said the power gains were significant. My brother has an XT with the same engine and same mods and he did indeed ring a lot more power out of it.
