which one? which one? which one?

i know that this is not a new topic, but anyways.

1. solo
2. dual-sport
3. price
4. longevity
5. ease of maintinance
6. weight

given these six points, if you had to choose your three favorite bikes what would they be? and why?

Edd,
There are other factors to consider. Which one suits your style of riding?. Where will you be taking it?. Which one will be capable of all the things you want it to do?. All the advice from others will not include how a particular bike and yourself will mesh. Get out and try as many as you can. If there is one that tickles your button, hire it for a week and go for a ride. It's all very much a personal choice.
Regards Ben.

If you are tall the Honda XR650 (air cooled version)
if you are a relative shortarse (like me ) Yamaha XT600E

Unless you can't get hold of either( depends on your country ) in which case KLR 650 or DR 650.

dave.
