Hi Folks
Ive got a 90 600 tenere 3AJ model..... is the cdi unit robust, do I need to take a spare, and how about the stator.... anybody got any experience of these things breaking stewart

CDI on Teneres and XT are normally very reliable - however the problem is -as with all electronics- that may broke and there is no-way to fix them ...spare is VERY costly at
about 400 euros ...so the best may be to find one from a wrecker , may work also from XT 550 to XT 600 2KF ... - Stator is strong , and is normally serviceable (rewinding) from people dealing in electric motors or car electrics.
