rot_em,

that's too big a series of questions for anyone with a life to answer - and all the answers to your questions can be found here on the HUBB with a little looking.

As for questions I can asnwer:

how many people - 1 to an army, your choice!

Buy bikes where you plan on selling them. Buying in one country and selling in another is very difficult. It's possible, but VERY difficult.

In other words, plan on doing a loop rather than a straight line.

hey thank's grant ....

my conflict where to buy the bike's resulting from the price of them.
i guess that in the us,bikes are cheaper then south america countries.
maybe i am wrong ...
i do plan a loop tour like you suggest
- can you write me a recommend address in the net of bike's shop's where i can find good stuff and decent sale's man???

thnak's in advance....

if you're selling it where you're buying it, it doesn't matter what it costs - it's the difference between buy and sell price that matters.

Sometimes bikes in other countries are CHEAPER than in the US. The Americans can afford the high price, someone in a village in South America can't - so in order to sell them the distributor drops the price.

there's thousands of shops in the US.

Morton's BMW in the East is very good, and caters to travellers. Tell them we sent you.

Also do a search on www.google.com.
