Honda XRM 125.With clutch or semiautomatic?

Hi to all.
I am Paco from Spain.
I am planning to travel from the Philippines to Spain in a small 125c.c Honda motorcycle.Altought a well experienced traveller with a few continental journeys by bicycle it is my first motorcycle trip and I don't know much about motorcycles.I already decided about the one I will use but it comes in two models:
this one with clutch and without electrical starter
http://www.hondaph.com/showcase/xrm-125-off-road
and this semiautomatic one without clutch but with electrical starter
http://www.hondaph.com/showcase/xrm-125-dual-sport
otherwise I think there is the same.
I don't really can figure out myself wich one is more suitable for my trip and what a difference makes on the road to have or not clutch and electric starter.
Also do you think that motorcycle engine can cope with high altitude like Tibet or the Himalayan passes?
Think of riding about 200 kilometers or less daily.
I really appreciate good advice from any of you in the forum specially if you did travel with a small motorcycle.
Thanks.

Hi,
You do not even need 125cc

You don't need clutch.
Electric starter is good, but not needed, we had electric starters on ours.
All you need is Honda 100cc or Honda 110cc
Has gears, but no clutch.
Very stong bike, don't think not strong.
We just finished Hanoi to Saigon.
We must have hit more than 1000 holes in the road, they are so bad.

The little Honda give no problem.

Uses just 3 liters of fuel per day.
