well, this is my iron horse... I bought it because the price... 1200 USD aprox... very cheap for this motorcycle here in chile.

I hear coments, techtips, etc...

here some pictures... also of the garmin quest I find in ebay with a RAM motorcycle support

My panam trip (march) is going in good way!!!

boo, nobody say something? good choice? bad choice? so-so choice?

I don't know nothing about motorcycles, please say anything!

Fantastic Choice

I am sure that with the minimum of maintenance that you will get many happy miles from the KLR.

One thing though. Just in case the previous owner didn't do it it is imperative that you get some blue loctite and go over the bike from end to end securing all the nuts and bolts or you will trail pieces everywhere.

Cheers and happy trails.

Hi, welcome to here, as no one else has said it so far!:welcome:

As a thought, you might get more response if you go onto the Kawasaki technical thread rather than in this "which bike" section - people reading this one are not used to those who have made up their mind what bike to own!!!:rolleyes2:

Cheers,

That's very kind of you, cheque made payable to Hustler, any currency, equivalent to say €1000 should do for starters.

Thanks very much, and welcome.
