fjr 1300
I would want to make a question.
Next week I'll buy this bike. But I don't know if it deserves to give more money in order to buy the new one(2005). So,exist big differences from the previous models 04 or 03? Here in Greece the new one cost 16400 euro. Idon't know if somewere in Europe cost more cheaply. Thanks |

The FJR1300 is an amazing bike. Here in montana USA there are roads to really appreciate its high speed handling and it's 500km range on one tank of gas. It is cheaper here but you have to special order them. Where I work we just sold a 04 for $9500. One thing to be aware of is engine noise. If it sounds like cam chain or injector noise it might be valve guide noise. Not so easy to fix. I just did a valve adjust on a FJR1300 that had 25 thousand miles on it and only one valve needed a slight adjustment. Also the shims used for the adjusting are the same as the CRF 450 honda and the YZF 450 yamaha.
