DR350 /440 TTS overbore e/s- the ultimate choice

I've been round and round and DECIDED.
A mechanic I know says he has raced 2 440s with no problems (and he won't sell)
Adjustable valve clearances *
So with the right tank/tyres/rack I'm away!!
SO I'M DECIDED.
Er..anyone else got a view?
